Uebler introduces selective sales system
15th January 2013
The bike rack manufacturer, Uebler, is introducing a selective sales system. This strengthens the position of the bricks and mortar retailers and shows its colours for advice and service.
Selective sales systems are for manufacturers of premium brand products which require explanation a legally anchored possibility to do business with sales partners who fulfil certain determined pre-requisites. Thus Uebler is ensuring advice and service for its brand products and differentiates the bricks and mortar retailers from the pure online offers.
Uebler decided on this type of quality assurance for the sales network, as the high quality products manufactured in Germany serve as safety relevant attachments to vehicles. From this approach to their responsibility Uebler sees the necessity that consumers can view, test and compare the products and based on competent personal advice make their own purchase decision.
The system is already being introduced. According to Uebler this phase will be finished by the start of the season 2013. Interested specialist dealers are invited to contact the company regarding participation and authorisation.
