The transport minister from Baden-Württemberg in Germany also visited together with Thomas Froitzheim (Vice Chairman of the ADFC (German Cycling Association) expert committee for Cycling Tourism) and a delegation from the ZIV (two wheels industry association) as part of their tour around the exhibition the Uebler booth this year.
The Uebler bike transport systems were explained to the transport minister and his companions by the Uebler staff. Alongside the secure and reliable use of bike carriers for private use the delegates were also very interested in potential bike solutions for public transport systems (public local bus transport), scheduled services and for taxis and how they could be used in the most flexible way.
Uebler offers a very good approach with its “solution portfolio”.
With foldable, very lightweight and simple to use carrier systems, which with their capacity from 2 to 4 bikes can flexibly meet the majority of demands. This is also confirmed by the numerous test wins and evaluations which were awarded to the systems which were developed and manufactured in Germany.
